My Colorful World — Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: June 15, 2026 Last Updated: June 15, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (this "Policy") describes conduct and content that are prohibited on the My Colorful World service. It supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Content, IP & DMCA Takedown Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

In this Policy, "My Colorful World," "MCW," "we," "us," and "our" refer to My Colorful World, and "you" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. General Standard

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these policies. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for all User Content you submit. You must not use the Service, or assist or permit anyone else to use the Service, in any way that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive, or that could expose My Colorful World or others to harm or liability.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, submit, create, or transmit any content (including photos, images, captions, reviews, comments, or other materials) that:

  • Infringes or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right;
  • Depicts an identifiable person without that person's consent (or, for a minor, without the consent of the minor's parent or legal guardian);
  • Sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses a minor in any way, or constitutes or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law;
  • Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, profane, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or violence against any individual or group, or contains hate speech;
  • Depicts or promotes graphic violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
  • Discloses another person's private or sensitive information without authorization — including government identification numbers (such as Social Security numbers or driver's-license numbers), financial-account or payment-card numbers, health information, or biometric identifiers;
  • Impersonates any person or entity, including any MCW employee, or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity; or
  • Contains software viruses, worms, malware, or any other code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, and may not assist or permit anyone else to:

  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by us, including reselling, renting, or sublicensing the Service or our products, or using complimentary downloads or purchased products to make items for resale;
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "spam," junk mail, chain letters, or surveys;
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from MCW Content except as expressly permitted by our Terms of Service and Content/IP Policy;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, or attempt to discover its source code, except to the extent applicable law prohibits this restriction;
  • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, our systems, or our service providers' systems without authorization;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure;
  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access, harvest, or index the Service or its content without our prior written permission (we may grant revocable permission to operators of public search engines to use spiders to create publicly available searchable indices, but not caches or archives);
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any digital-rights-management or usage-limiting feature of the Service;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to it, including by overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing, or by transmitting any material that contains harmful code;
  • Collect or store personal information about other users without their consent; or
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including export-control and sanctions laws.

4. Photos and the People in Them

Because our Service depends on photographs that often depict other people — including children — you must only upload photos that you have the right to upload and use. You must have the consent of every identifiable person in a photo, and where a photo depicts a child, you must be that child's parent or legal guardian or have obtained the parent or guardian's consent. Do not upload photos of other people's children that you are not authorized to use. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle photos and children's information.

5. Investigations and Enforcement

We are not obligated to monitor User Content or use of the Service, but we reserve the right to do so. We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy or the Terms of Service, including by requesting evidence that you have the rights to your User Content. We may, in our sole discretion and without notice:

  • Remove, refuse, or disable access to any content;
  • Suspend the production or shipping of any order associated with a suspected violation;
  • Suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Service; and
  • Report activity to, and cooperate with, law enforcement or other authorities where we believe the law requires it or it is necessary to protect users or the public.

By using the Service, you consent to such investigations and to the disclosures described above. Our enforcement of this Policy does not limit any other remedy available to us, and our failure to enforce any part of this Policy is not a waiver of our right to do so.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy — including content that may endanger a child or infringe intellectual-property rights — please report it to us promptly at hello@mycolorfulworld.art. For intellectual-property claims, see our Content, IP & DMCA Takedown Policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
